1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include all accessories, inserts, manuals, and promotional materials
- Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, alteration, or improper handling
Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
2. Mystery Box and Blind Box Products
Many products sold on MysteryToyHub.store are blind boxes, mystery capsules, surprise collectibles, or random assortment items.
By purchasing these products, customers acknowledge and agree that:
- The contents are randomly selected by the manufacturer
- Specific characters, figures, colors, styles, or variations cannot be guaranteed
- Receiving duplicate items does not qualify as a defect
- Dissatisfaction with the randomly received item does not qualify for a refund or exchange
Returns for mystery products are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
- Packaging photos when applicable
Upon verification, we may provide:
- Replacement item
- Store credit
- Full refund
- Partial refund when appropriate
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item different from what was ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping

We will cover return shipping expenses when applicable.
